Arduino Library

The HUSB238 Soldered library talks to the HUSB238 over I2C at its fixed address 0x08. It reads whether a PD charger is attached and which voltage and current it agreed to, and it can ask the charger for a different voltage. Include it with #include "HUSB238-SOLDERED.h".
