MicroPython Library

The bme690 module drives the BME690 over I2C. Its BME690 class reads the compensated temperature (°C), pressure (Pa), humidity (% r.H.) and gas resistance (Ω), and runs the sensor in forced, sequential or parallel mode. It does no BSEC processing: the IAQ, bVOC and CO2 equivalents come from Bosch's BSEC software, which this module does not include.

The module uses the floating-point compensation of the Bosch API. MicroPython ports with single-precision floats, the ESP32 among them, are slightly less precise than the Arduino library, well below the accuracy of the sensor itself.
