MicroPython Library

The DRV8825 module is written for this board specifically. It drives STEP and DIR itself and can also take over ENABLE, RESET and SLEEP, so you can put the driver to sleep between moves without wiring anything to a fixed level.

Unlike the Arduino library, this module has no acceleration curve. You call step() once per step and control the timing yourself, which is simpler to follow and leaves the pacing in your hands.
